Congratulations on your score and I am glad to inform you that as per last year's cutoff you're already eligible for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow whose cutoff last year was 469 for general students and you're also close another college's cutoff which is U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah whose cutoff was 492 last year so if that decreases little bit,you'll be eligible for that also and both of them under 85% state quota seats.

According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year,depending upon level of difficulty of neet this year,no of candidates applying to neet this year to govt colleges through UP state quota (from general category ) also rank fallout pattern is entirely different from previous year so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, keeping in mind above factors cut off through state quota for up(UR) category goes way up higher cut off rank last year was 24680 against 494 marks,since rank fallout pattern against marks is entirely different this year also cut off for UR category through AIQ are way up higher so you might not have a chance
