As you have said you have obtained 113 marks in NEET so dear student as you have not mention your category so it will be difficult for us to tell you whether you have qualified Neet or not.
Qualifying cutoff
UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
So if you belong from general category student that means you have not qualified Neet. And to get admission in abroad for medical courses you have to qualify Neet.

Vipin, you haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, 2020 qualifying cut offs for NEET have been as follows:
General Category/EWS: 720-147
General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129
So if you belong to General Category/EWS, then you do not qualify in NEET. Even to study MBBS abroad, you need to qualify in NEET. So you may have to appear for NEET in 2021. If that is the plan, our NEET Knockout package can help you:
