On the basis of your scores it is impossible to get government colleges specially because you belong to general category. If you are determined to get a seat in government colleges then you can try again next year.
But then again as you have already asked for whether you will get a private college or government college so let me tell you that you would get private colleges. The NEET cutoffs will see a much higher rise this year and considering this in mind , yourchances of getting a seat in any government college even under State quota seem to be negligible. But you have fair chances of getting a seat in following colleges :
1) Sri Basaveshwara Medical College and Hospital, Chitradurga
