Hello,
As per previous year data for ST Category through AIQ and further taking into consideration the fact that there are higher possibility of cutoffs increasing this year as the entire marks vs ranks has gone through drastic shift this year with an increase of 30-40 marks make it quite tough in your case to secure a GMC seat through AIQ, through state quota too chances seem tough as last year closing rank for GMC was 89724 for ST Category, but you may have chances for management seats in GMCs of Barmer, Churu, Dungarpur, Pali and you can also get government seats in private colleges such as Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Geetanjali Medical College, American International Institute of Medical Sciences,Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences to name a few.
Cut-offs vary every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc. Check out previous year cutoffs ; AIQ @ https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges Rajasthan @ https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan You can use our NEET College Predictor to know more about admission possibilities in various colleges; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Yes, according to your NEET score you qualify the 2020 cutoff that is 146-113 so I think you do have chance to get admission in government college. It would have been difficult if you were from general category but since you are from ST category you can use that also for getting good colleges in Rajasthan you should also look for state quota. I think this would give you a decent college.
