260 is not an enough score to get any government MBBS or BDS colleges in any state with any category. A minimum of 300+ should be scored to get a chance of you are sc,st or obc and a minimum of 450+ if you are from General category. In AIQ or State quota its not possible to get a seat.You may try the deemed universities to get admission. Or you can try for the private colleges of your state since private colleges don't participate in AIQ. You may also opt for management quota if you want.
