Hello aspirant
Congratulations on your score! Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it to be general.
Here are the names of a few government medical colleges you can get, based on previous year's cut off for your category-
College of Medicine and JNM Hospital, Kalyani- 599
Ram Manohar Lohia Medical College, Lucknow- 650
Government Medical College, Barmer- 599
Pt. BD Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak- 597
University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi- 656
AMU, Aligarh- 656
Please note that the cut off changes every year depending on various factors such as the category of the student, difficulty level of the exam, number of newly opened colleges, etc.

Dear Nandini,
Congratulations on getting such good marks.
According to my prediction, your rank will be below 1k. Max, it can go up to 2k (worst case scenario).
So you’ll be eligible for admission to many top/prestigious colleges. However, getting a college in Delhi might seem tough for you without the Delhi quota. (except BSA and NDMC which I would not recommend at this rank).
SMS Jaipur, KGMU Lucknow, AIIMS Rishikesh and Patna, and Grant Medical college Mumbai are a few top-notch colleges you’ll get.
If luck goes your way,
Seth GS Mumbai, BJMC Ahmedabad, and IMS BHU.
Hoping better with your future.
