My marks in neet is 303 so is there any chance of getting govt. Medical College in Assam

Hi

You have not mentioned your category, nevermind,last year least marks to secure a seat was 420 marks from unreserved category ,325 marks from OBC category, 343 marks from SC category,264 marks from ST plains and 211 marks from ST hills under state quota .

So as per the above mentioned closing marks you have chances of getting a seat if you belong to either SC or ST category only . Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
