Your rank will be above 60,000 and with that rank though you have scored 353 marks, you may not get the clinical seats. You may get seats in Pathology, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, Community Medicine, etc. If you can help us with your rank and category, we will help you with more accurate information.
