Hello,
First of all talking about the seat matrix ,there are 120 seats each for ba llb and bcom llb in chandigarh campus, and there are 60 such seats in each regional centre.
After the declaration of result pu prepares a provisional and final merit list in which marks obtained in the exam are added to others (such as 12th %).
Both the parameters are given equal weightage.
Looking at your score I believe your score in the final merit list would be something around 61. Which is indeed a good score.
But I believe with this score you might not get the chandigarh campus in the first councelling. You can try for it in the subsequent rounds of councelling. With this you can easily land up in any regional centre.
As of now it would be difficult to put forward any specific prediction. Just wait for the final merit kist to be out.
Hope this helps.
Good luck
