2. KNIT Sultanpur

3. BIET Jhansi

Based on reviews you might be eligible for core branches, but usually after getting into the respective government college, few seats go on to be vacant , due to several students opting out. So you stand a great chance to take in for CS and IT branch of Top gov. Colleges mentioned above.
