I am sorry but your marks are really low and you have not mentioned your rank in the question. But still,I would like to share a link which will give you the gist about the cutoffs and so note these are previous year's data. The cutoff ranks may change this year as it does every year,but these can be taken as rough data and you may plan up to be on the safe side.

I am sorry to tell you that you won't be able to get admission in any stream in Institute of Engineering and Management,Kolkata with 25 marks in WBJEE .Last year ,the last person to get admitted into Institute of Engineering and Management had around 12000 rank and 45 marks in WBJEE .
