my marks is 120 in jee main can i get IGDTUM???I AM FROM general category..i want civil/mechanical branch???is it possible??

According to new rule in JEE the colleges will be alloted according to the Rank List which will be made on percentile which you got in JEE mains .
So the colleges will prepare their own cutt off according to that Rank List .
The Rank List will be published by NTA in April so you have to wait till april to know your Rank and Cutt off for NIT's.
