My marks is 299 in percentage 59.9 in which exam I can not appear in navy , air force , army,or any defence exam

Since your percentage is less than 60 . So it will be difficult for you to write any govt level entrance exam whether it is for defence , army , Navy and Air force because in all the entrance exam as per the eligibility criteria you should have atleast of 60% in Class 12th , Graduation level etc.
