Hello umakant,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 429 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government college.

According to your marks your all india rank would be
around 166026 - 176642
As you haven't mentioned your state , I'm not able to tell you what college you may get
as cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.
But don't worry
You can still get an idea about your rank , college you may get through these links
Also, you can checkout previous year cut offs in order to obtain more specific information
