Since you havent mentioned your category,assuming that you are from Unreserved category you will not get any Government Dental college but if you are from reserved category then you can apply for a lot of government dental colleges through All India Quota. You can also look at the cutoff of your state Government dental college as each state provide 85% State quota to the resident of the  particular state.

You have not mentioned your category. Being in general category it might be a bit difficult to get into government colleges but you may also get a seat. Belonging to other categories you may have a higher chance of getting into government colleges into bds. This information is based on expected cutoff- which is 450-460 for general category,

and around 445 for reserved category.
