my marks is 44.1 nd score is 530(open) in civil engg is there any chance for getting admission in iit or nit for structural or ctm branch.

With this GATE score it will be quite difficult to get into IIT's or NIt's considering Open category.
You can get CTm in lowe NIT's or you can try the other state Universities like Anna University, JNUTH or Osmania.
You can also try The private universities.
