Hi debolina,
Last year cut off for Mbbs general candidates under state quota was 479 at Maldah Medical College. While cut off for BDS for general candidates under state quota was 462 at Burdwan dental college . So going by last year's cut off it seems difficult to get a seat at score 451. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change .
