Greetings,
Of course there is a good chance that you will get a medical college in Karnataka with your score. You may choose to apply in your state with the State Rank. Or you may choose to apply with the All India Rank.
There are a number of good medical colleges outside the State as well where you can apply with your All India Rank.
Please note that the All India quota is 15% in each state medical college. The remaining 85% is for the state.

There are chances of your getting a government college in Karnataka using 15% All India Quota. However we cannot be sure as cut off scores vary each year. Lets hope for the best.
