my marks is 52.2327... in ap eamcet but i can't recive my rank because of my 10+2 marks are not submitted is there any chance to submit my marks ?

If the counselling didn't start yet, There is slight chance for you .you can apply for retest or re-evaluation. After that they allow to enter your marks in the special slot alloted and you got your rank card.
The notification will usually be hovering on the website. Also at that time, many students requested the officials through emails.you can do the same.
