my marks is 70 GATE 9 MECHANICAL obc category . chances of psu's ???

With this marks, your chance for getting a call fram PSUs is less but you may get call. Your rank must be less than 500 for PSU.
You can get admission in top NITs college with this marks. Chance of getting selected in top IITs is less.
