My MAT Feb. 2018 composite score is 507.50 and percentile is 38.97%. And will I have access to the CAP Round?

Your percentile is too low to be considered for CAP. However, You can use the M AT Pathfinder Tool to know which is the most suitable college at your score/percentile. Check the list of institutes accepting the MAT score:
