my MBC community rank is 3745..but my general rank is 20773 shall I get SSN college or not...

In 2019 the cut off was as follows for admission in to Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering (Autonomous), Kalavakkam under MBC category
- EEE:7587
- ECE:5651
- IT:6131
- CSE:4002
- Mechanical:9054
- Civil:12711
- Biomedical:10262
- Chemical:10492
Considering this you have decent chances of getting seat in any branch. But cut off changes every year depending on number of applicants, normalized score, highest score, number of seats available etc.
