My merit rank in wbjee 19961 and sc rank 1133 .Can I get any govt college for btech like Jadavpur or Kalayani in ECE

Jadavpur University is a public state university located in Kolkata, West Bengal. It has two campuses, the main campus at Jadavpur and the new campus at Salt Lake.
