My merit rank in WBJEE is 12661. I'm SC and my SC rank is 597. I want to pursue CSE, what college would you suggest for me?

Congratulations as your category rank is really good to aim for some top colleges. You should be aiming for a government college. But a lot of confusuon for one college,right. Why not! No doubt about that mate, but there's no hope for me to get CSE there and I really want to pursue CSE.
