my merit rank is 1683 for last vacant counseling of Pdpu, will I get petroleum(5 seats) or cse(8seats) through open category?

Yes, You can get seat in petroleum but there might have some chances to get CSE. Please be updated with their official website. So that you will get to know the exact seats occupied.
