You can refer to last year's cutoff ranks of MET. This might help you to compare with this year.
There are chances of you getting a BT seat as per the last 2-3years cutoff rank of the college. Last year it was around 16k in the first round and till round 3 it reached till 26k.
Your rank seems to be pretty good for the field of your interest chances are high to get into it.

Kindly go through the cut off for the year 2020 and compare with yours.
As you mentioned your rank is 11.5k, there is surely some chance for you to get the desired seat in the college this year if the cut off remains same or shifts little up or down.
