My mhcet merit no. is 446 in OMS category n I placed DES law college in 2nd pref. but couldn't get that.can I expect to get it in 2nd round?

Yes there is a chance that you may make this college as your alotted preference
You can check out last year cut off it will help you out
also you can take MHT CET COLLEGE PREDICTOR to see if it is possible
