my MHT CET percentile is given 38 and i have scored 88 marks is this percentile correct

Ya this percentage is correct because the percentage of marks scored in mhtcet is calculated after consideration of more than one factors that's why it is different from the actual percentage calculation as we calculate. That's why you got 38% after scoring 88 in mhtcet entrance examination.
