My MHTCET TWFS rank is 737 and STATE rank is 2301 then can I get CSE in SPIT Mumbai ?

These cutoffs were for the General/Open State category and TFWS category, so you can get a clear idea.
In 2018, after the last round-
Closing Rank- 273 (General State category)
Closing Rank- 691 ( TFWS category)
