The cutoff of NEET for Minority Quota is not much in CMC Vellore. You mentioned that you have a rank of 53. You do have chance of getting a seat if we consider previous year cutoffs. But this year the cutoff may increase. To be on the safe side one need to have a score of atleast 300+. You can try in the college to secure a seat and hope for the best.
