My mobile SMS verification is not done yet since I am not able to receive OTP. shall I proceed for payment or wait?

You should get the verification otp else you can't proceed. So it is necessary to get your mobile verified. If you don't do it know you won't get any message from the officials and not a message for successful completion of registration.
So try again and try to find why you are not getting a message. Try to wait for a time. After that also if you are not getting then there will an option to get OTP on call use it and get the otp.

Thank you ma'am. I waited for 2 hrs. I have received otp just now. Will do next procedure now.

Go for registration and check if it is valid now or not. As OTP is valid for some hours only. If not you have to ask for OTP again.
there is no such option f calling i m also facing the same problem and it has become more than two hours
