my mother name in 10th certificate it is Jarinder and in 12th it is Jariender. Is it going to cause problem in Sbi PO documents verification

It may be a problem. You need to get the name changed in all your important in case required. Otherwise at some point it may bother you while you're applying for some new document / renewal. So it's better you get the name rectified in all your other documents as well.
