Go to the CBSE website and download the application form and fill up and submit as per the instructions given on the website, you may also be required to pay an application fee for that. Changes in the mark-sheet like correction of parents name can only be done within a year of declaration of the results, and not beyond that.

you would not face much difficulty to admission in college or apply o any other government jobs since the name of 10th marksheet is considered to check the name spelling. nevertheless it would be best to make the correction. generally the mistakes happens because you may have given wrong input while filling the application form. so you have to apply for document correction in the respective education board from which you have completed the 12th course. you may  contact with the school authority to take their suggestion.
