Yes, you might face problem at the time of document verification if the details in the certificates are not the same. In case your mother's name is not same in class 10th and class 12th certificate then you can get an affidavit stating that both the names belongs to your mother. You need carry this affidavit at the time of document verification or admission. You have to fill the NEET UG 2021 application as per the details given in the class 10th certificate such as your name, mother's name, father's name and date of birth.
During document verification both your class 10th and 12th certificates are verified, so different names of your mother may create a problem. But don't worry, what you can do is get an affidavit done saying that both the name belongs to the same person i.e your mother and carry it along with you during document verification and while filling the form you , write your mother's name and other details as per 10th certificate.
