My mother's name is KRISHNAWATI in 10th marksheet but in 12th, it is Krishna Wati. Will it create any problem in future?

You need not to worry it won't be a issue, as long as you have all original verified documents with you.
Usually 10th marksheet is used for checked as the date of birth certificate.
So your major criteria will be getting the eligibility and the decent rank.
