my name changed soo I will put my new name in the details and put my old name ssc marksheet . will it be accepted

Yes, you can put your new name in details and old name ssc marksheet if you have not updated your old mark sheets.
However, you have to keep legal affidavit for your name change ready and handy. You should be able to show it for verification whenever asked and required.
