My name does not appeared in provisional list does this means that I am not selected for that particular thing

Hello,
A provisional list is a list of possible choices. It is th first merit list, after this another final lists as well as one more list may appear. But Privisional merit list may not by final list.
If you need for information you must provides the appeared or appearing examination, rank you scored and the category you belong to. Then only we can help you further.

I registered my name for neet ug seats for aaccc for 2nd round inspite of the 1st....i scored 228 marks in neet ug 2018 obc category......are there any chances that i would be allotted woyh the institute in final list since in provisional list i m not allotted with any institution.....
