You didn't mention your category as it also plays an important role in determining the college and rank so I assume that you are from open category and As per the marks that you had mentioned in ipe and eamcet, you are likely to get a rank between 16,000 to 20,000 kindly note that this prediction is based on previous data and variations occur every year
