my name is in 3rd allotment list of nusrl(ranchi) so the counselling begins from 28 june and i m from rajasthan so i have to go nusrl.

Hey Sourabh,
You are alloted in the 3rd round in NUSRL
For reporting you have to visit ranchi at 28 june other wise you can report at last round as most of the counselling rule.
