My name is in recently released elgible list but when i try to download alip from kea, its showing your are not in elgible list

Dear Applicant,
Don't worry, since your name is on the eligible list you will get it. May be its a server error or perhaps a technical issue.
If this continues it would be advisable to contact the helpline no of Kea. They will give u better information about it and tell you how to proceed further...
