The one possible thought could be that your name might possibly be in waiting list and will be transferred to the main list as soon as the candidates ahead of you rejects the seat or withdraws admission. In this case, the real sense of waiting list will come to existence and then the call letter for counselling and seat allotment will be given to you. The next possible thing is due to some technical mistake, you might not have received any mail or call regarding that. Either way, you should recheck the list and call on the official numbe rfor the rest enquiry to help yourself.
