My name is not in the merit list of upsee for spot round counselling 2019? Why?

Its probably due to your low rank that you didn't qualify for any college vacancy available in spot round. The list is based on merit and only those are given preference who have better ranks. You can't go for counseling unless your name is there. Look for other options now.
