Se now the correction window for NEET UG has been closed now and now no modifications can be made in the application form and the issue that you have described is not going to put you in any trouble so don't worry for it because the name that you have mentioned in your NEET UG application form that will be considered only and you have mentioned it as per the class 10th certificate so it is alright.

So with regard to your query, Don't worry about that you can correct the name of your father during the correction window of NEET application form. However, the correction window for NEET is closed by today. It was opened from 14 June 2022 to 16 June 2022.

But, there is other way for you you can once contact the authorities of NTA and explain your query to them. the contact number is as follows: 011-69227700 011-40759000. They will definitely answer you.
