Hello saurabh,
Considering you as a General-UR canditate (since you've not mentioned your category in your question) I would like to inform that it's quite difficult for you to get MBBS seats in any Government Medical College in Karnataka with this performance in NEET UG 2020. Because it's expected that the minimum required cut-off marks of eminent Government MBBS colleges in Karnataka for this year will be 570-80.
In this regard you should go through the previous year's cut-off details as a reference (as without the official cut-off list released by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) we can't tell you the precise qualifying marks in this year, so we have to follow 2019's data to make any kind of decision regarding this) through its official website or from the link provided below:

You can also use Careers360 NEET UG college predictor tool in this regard:

Here I want to suggest you one thing. If you have immense dedication and intense passion to be a renowned doctor in future, you should drop this year and go for a second attempt in next year. Think about it.
Hope these informations would be quite helpful for you.
Wish you all the best !!
