Your marks in class 12th is 96% which is indeed a good score.

University of Delhi offered two B.Com courses: one is B.Com programme and other is B.Com honours.

Admission in both of these courses are solely merit based.

DU provide cut offs to get admission in colleges affiliated to it. The cut-off will be based on Class 12th marks(best of four).

If you don't know how to calculate your best of four marks you can check their official website.

The minimum best of four percentage to get a good college is above 95% if you belong to general category. For other categories, there is some relaxation.

Cut off for B.Com honours generally goes higher than B.Com programme.

You can not think of a seat in good college if your marks(best of four) is lower than 90%.
