Dear Aspirant,

If in the applied location, it demands you to fill your name, surname and father's name separately, then it would be of no problem. It is often understandable by default, the structure of the Indian name. However, if you find that your name is creating any problem, then you could EMAIL the respective authorities stating your issue. They'll help you out.

Hope this helps. Thank you.
