Dear Arpit, if your son has domicile of UP, he can claim UP Domicile. And if your son has studied his 10th and 12th in Gujarat, owing to your Central Government Employee status, he can also claim Gujarat State Quota. And if he is a native of UP, he can claim UP domicile and there by be eligible for UP State Counselling. In other words, if your son has studied his 10th along with 12th in Gujarat, he can claim both the States domicile and thereby attend both UP and Gujarat State Counsellings.
