Dear Redhanya, first things first. You should be a native of Tamilnadu to be eligible for State Quota. Students who studied outside Tamilnadu from class 6th to 12th need to prove their Nativity. However, in your case because you just studied 2 years outside Tamilnadu and you are a Native of Tamilnadu, you are eligible for 85% State Quota. However, you should qualify in NEET to be eligible to appear in the State Counselling.
