My native state is Bihar. I am presently studying in Delhi class Std.XII. After XII passed from Delhi state, can i elegible in NIIT exam, convenor quota seats of Delhi state.

As you are currently studying 12th in Delhi , your state domicile marked as Delhi means Delhi is identified as your home state . Thus you can opt for convenor or category A seats which is government seats for the reserved for the home state quota students.
