The cutoffs are different for different categories.Since you have not menioned the category here is the list of IHM's where you have chances of getting admitted based on the category you belong to:
General
1)IHM Shillong
2)IHM Srinagar
OBC:
1)IHM Bhopal
2)IHM Bhubneshwar
3)IHM Chennai
4)IHM Gadhinagar
5)IHM Goa
6)IHM Lucknow
(They are just a few to mention you also have chances of getting into IHM Guwahati,Gwalior,Hyderabad,Jaipur....)
SC/ST
You have chances of getting admitted to all the above mentioned colleges along with IHM Bangalore.

Hey , 90℅ of the IHMs have their closing ranks near about 2000 or 3000 and your rank is quite far from it.So , you only have very few chances of getting a seat in two IHMs which are IHM Hajipur and IHM meerut .Well,you can also check the previous year cutoffs for all the IHMs by going through the following link :
